Don't say anything includes going on the public world wide internet and talking about it.

Expect a directive to come down from Walmart world headquarters that in addition to drivers signing three papers at the gate, will be signing a 4th paper agreeing to not use a video recording device on the Walmart property.

Probably got tired of trucks parking there for their 10 and tossing trash all over the place, which ended up in his yard.

I’d be a interested in what Scottie thinks of the dude filming somebody having a bad day.. is it everyone’s right to confront a distressed person and make a video for YouTube? I think I already know the answer.

I take my camera everywhere; never know when a video opportunity will pop up. I would recommend though, make it a body camera and use your hands to distract your video victim lol so they don't really know you are video'ing them.

Of course @scottied67 would be filming. I'm willing to bet he'd be trying to calm the dude and help him though.

I would like to see the video. If he was being a jackleg from the word go i wouldnt have helped him either. You got to give respect in order to get it in return! Bottom line is the whole situation wouldnt have happened if the unloader wasnt being a bunghole. As far as your filming career, i would invest in some shin gaurds lol.

Taking video of a guy having a bad day is definetly a douchebag thing to do, so the OP had it coming to him. OTOH, people can't be allowed to get away scott-free with throwing things at others just For engaging in douchebaggery. Eff both of 'em. Hope they both get fired.

Walmart guy should have just grabbed OP's phone and smashed it on the dock. That I'd be ok with.

Keep in mind that we only have one side of the story and that side comes from a guy who claimed he was so injured he couldn't get up for 10 minutes. A tad bit of embellishment is possible I think.

instead of helping, which would have got you out of there faster, you chose to video him. Are you a millennial? I only ask because of the lazy work ethic and desire to video everything In life that no one cares about. Did you get a selfie with your injury and post it to Facebook?
