Want to start a Moving company? How hard is it to get going?

The company provided that money through a company bank account through my tireless effort secure work year long for the company and checks given to all employees with my company and my name on it. however the income into that account from many companies and individuals.

They choose my company over even underbidders because I do the job better and have a better relationship then past companies who cut corners. bulk my clients are companies not individuals but I still value even them because they are the bread and butter.

If my company was transportation company nor would I expect them to tip drivers if they did it would be entirely up to the clients but if I find out my workers used my reputation company to beg from they would find new employment. On that side note I have never been offered a tip in trucking some cookies,cake stuff like that is pretty common for me.

You can get all your ducks in a row but if you don't have employees then you're in trouble. Don't expect reliable help using Craigslist.
