    Who are you warning.
    Swift is for new drivers.
If a experienced driver is going to swift for
A sign on bonus, then he deserves to get screwed.

By the way, you lost more money than that bonus
    By quitting the job.
What your telling us is that a one time payment of
1500 dollars,is more valuable than working swift.

That's a weeks pay. So you didn't like anything else
About this job but the cheap bonuses.
So for 1500 dollars every 4 months, you'll stay
With a low paying job you don't like.

This is how mega's become mega's.
Don't blame the mega's, blame the drivers.
I'll say it again, these companies only do
What drivers allow them to do.

    Go to Schneider.

They’ll pay a sign on bonus and you’ll get your fuel bonus/safety bonus every quarter.

6 days off/month if OTR tanker division.

I think it's pretty classic they give two up front and save themselves a thousand.

Well its gonna cost alot of money to fight swift in court. Alot more than that bonus is worth. Also when i went thru orientation, there is paperwork u sign that specifically says if u recieve the sign on bonus then u forefeit quarterly bonuses for x amount of quarters. And this is a document that you must not have read and blindly signed .

Wrong on both counts. Small claims court is almost free and won't even be needed. I'll resolve this easily through the department of labor. Also, I read everything I signed and none of it related to the sign up bonus. It was insulting of you to state that I "must" have "not read and blindly signed" something.

If you didn't sign that document you might have a chance.
But if it did slip in there and you signed it, Swift will just present it in court and you will be out lots more money.

Is it really worth the fight?

Between lost wages while you search for a new job and what it will more than likely cost you to get it... You will LOSE more than that stupid bonus is worth.

And Swift will probably try to screw you other ways... Like DAC
