    Just run husband/ wife team.
    You'll get top dollar,best equipment,best loads.
And most importantly, you'll both get paid every week.
Let someone else pay all the bills and worry about
    Finding loads.

Does anybody make it at mercer anymore.

LoSt_AgAiN, Aamcotrans, MsRed and 2 others Thank this.

If you read it she didn't blame mercer, just said it wasn't a fit for them.

I used to be leased onto Mercer myself, just a couple of questions.

Did you and your husband run team or was he the sole driver?

    Van or flat?

Did you see about getting another coordinator instead of sticking with the one you had?

Dino soar and MsRed Thank this.

Solo. Flatbed. (Often wished we had a step though - more choices) and we did think about another coordinator - but were trying to work with the system. Never changed.

You'll need to define "make it".

No shame, some people need their hands held and can’t learn to be profitable in a self dispatch system.
