Did you even read the post? She said this is not a trash Mercer post. She said they screwed themselves over and over. The only blame I saw in her post about the company was. No one in the company helped then, even when they repeatedly asked for help...so they made the decision a self dispatch company wasnt thier thing. Sounds to me like she admitted thier short commings. Buckled down and did what was best for them.

 

It takes years sometimes to figure out hot spots and dead spots. Then they’re seasonal things , yearly Deals it just takes a while to figure all that out.
I’ve just never seen a book that explained it all so yes when they ask for help that’s probably what they were asking for help us out here ,you know but that’s not what people do in trucking you pick a load you delivered it good luck!!!
The guy in the office probably doesn’t know himself ,he’s just paid to plan loads just get it on the truck and get it out of here.

 

I left about a year ago the happiest i've been. The stress level is pretty much gone and i make more money where im at now lol

 

I still believe that Mercer is running 2 board’s just my 2 $

Is Mercer a collection of owner ops, company drivers, or combination of both?

 

Owner ops some have fleets so they hire drivers

I do power only for a company that hauks for Tyson foods. Best move I made my stress level is way down lol
