When the trailer door handle pops out and smacks you in the face, it's important to remember, walk toward the light.

Watch for potholes when you exit the truck. A good few inches deep is a heck of a stretch when you aren't prepared for it.

Don't walk into protruding hood mirrors.

Winch bars can slip when angled downward too far.

There is a local feller right here in my hometown that has been trying to sell that very device that he fabricated himself........been running around with it in his pickup for at least 4-5 years now!!

My comment above to "tie a string around your leg "
come from my littering the countryside with wheel chocks.
Thought came to mind - but it's too bizarre.

We had one in Atlas up near Camp Hill off the Jct that sends marysville bound traffic across western half by northern part of the railroad coal yards and the other half literally is a 5 mile freeway before becoin I thik a 3 miles until 78. (81)anway, three is thi guy in a pick up holding about 20 feet of chain.

I call the law because I was being eyeballed too much with that chain.I told the law on the phone he had a relatively POS overloaded suburu brat which should have a smaller governor than I did. Held him off until the harrisburg bridge eastbound. They were able to arrange a welcome. They let my 132 go by but nailed him at 124 trying to get chain onto my drives.

I don't know what that big of chain would have done to the entire side of the tractor but I was able to hold him off. Not too long later I had the pleasure of reading a small article of felony speedin etc

It was not much of a morning mid week. Im pretty sure I would have had 10 brother truckers just box him againsth=== that center rail. But the police got it one.I started running down below frystown for paradise and hershey west to cross the mason dixon on one of my older roads as a kid. That usually meant eventually coming across Notchcliff but training schol took care of that little roadway,
