    Might be a supply line for a/c in bunk , never seen one that goes into a frame though. Most likely a thingamigger .

    Stupid question - do you have an autotrans in the truck? If so then it could be oil coolent lines for the trans.

    That looks like one of the transmission lines that connect to the radiator. I think that bracket is to reduce tension on the fitting.
