I use my points to buy more points...it's the same principal as compounding interest is with real money.

Usually spend mine on reserved parking and breakfast. 10 points per gal at PFJ.

That's exactly what I was going to say. Don't use your points for something that can be written off.
I use mine as sort of an 'emergency' fund. When I'm on my last day or two out and I've spent all of my walking around money, I use them to buy coffee and whatnot so I don't have to use my debit card or go to the ATM.

While Loves charges twice the price of Amazon or Walmart for most things, if you are spending your points your “purchase” is more or less free. I recently bought a BT headset on sale at Loves for $89. The same headset would cost $49 at Amazon. I still used my points.

Unless you get discounted fuel prices. These last three and a half years invariably the least expensive fuel for me has been at TA. Sometimes up to $0.80 a gallon off list price.

My last company wasted fuel. I’d buy 2000 gallons a month. Diamond status at Loves. Points coming out the ying yang.

Thought about one of those miniature helmets for my cat.

Present company. APU, 9mpg. Diddly for points at flyingpilot.

Upinsmoke, buddyd157 and Dave_in_AZ Thank this.

Does anyone think it's possible to "mine" points, like crypto currencies?
