    None! This is why I said it was a dang shame they can't be held responsible both civilly and criminally for their ineptitude. Make no mistake this is the primary reason USA Truck is in trouble. Don't fall for all that crap coming out of Van Buren about the problems being fuel prices and tight driver market!

    They aren't really doint anything illegal. They ran the company in the ground. Happens every day. Its not illegal and USA truck is not relevant enough to the economy to be on any federal radars.
