Does not appear to have much space to put in rail spurs. How they gonna service the buildings, without adequate transport connections?

The OM has authorized Kung Pao Chicken ( extra spicy ) and a large hot and sour soup for outstanding performance.

Don't ask me how she finds these places.

Glad I dont have to worry about that city anymore... That was the only place I ever got lost without ever leaving the interstate. I had only been doing OTR for like 3 weeks... I ended up clear down by the arch before I figured a way to get turned around. Then it took me a bit of wandering around to find my way to I-64E.

Rail spurs? That crap is inefficient.

Those places will probably end up being distribution centers or light manufacturing. Truckloads of stuff will come in and then gets slowly shipped out over the next month or two. Split out to a bunch of other places in southern NV, Southern Cali, and Cali East (aka AZ). The few manufacturing places that go in would be more like truckload in with outbound via an LTL or UPS.

No use for rail doors. Those unused rail spurs would just turn into homeless encampments like in L.A., Seattle, and PDX.
