St Louis will throw you off, I delivered to Cardinal stadium a load of bar joist, back about 15 years ago or so now, had to back across the little mud median where there used to be grass, they blocked the divided highway right across from baseball hall of fame.
I was lost getting in there because some jerk couldn’t give directions, went right in front of a Hilton hotel, I stopped and asked the dude out front and he got me there.
The roads the jerk gave you got directions to turn on was all blocked off.

Always fun to run into this.

And this was before I had a gps to zoom in on roads.

No but I have the necessary height requirement. So I know how Mack feels when he's breaking in the new boots. Lol

So our next load was 115 miles away. There was a Love's like 20 miles away from it on the way.

So I asked The OM what should we do.

The OM is like," Hammer down."

So we made it and found a hole.

    HAHAHAHAHA

    HAHAHAHAHA

I've noticed over the past few years that many states have been busy spending millions of dollars installing cable barriers in the median of many interstate and state roads. Today, I came to the realization that many, many miles of that cable now lies resting on the ground after having been associated with some kind of carnage. Clearly, it's no longer effective and I've seen no signs that any of it will be repaired anytime soon. What a shame.

The OM was like," What were those?"

And I said I'm pretty sure they were Wildebeests.
