    I went all week and only touched a hose twice. At one end to hook to trailer. Other end stays hooked up to customer. All of our regulars are like that.
    I didn't get into tank to do a bunch of work.

    Worst load I had with a tank was a dreaded Nalco load.
    4 compartment tank, 8 hoses.

    All of my transactions are backed up. My Bank sends me a copy of all cleared checks at the end of the month. I keep backups of all printed material as well. Over the years I have had two serious hard drive failures. I actually expect the worse and plan for it. If my software "blows up" I am running as soon as I fix the issue and reinstall the software. At most, a trip to best buy and maybe 12 hours later!

    I write a check, write check number on receipt.
    Then print off monthly statement from bank, put into a folder for month/year, put in bottom drawer of file cabinet.
    End of year, that also goes to accountant..
    Simplified.
