You could buy a new car and pay cash for a $100 k home by the time it’s paid for. It’ll still be worth at least $60k in 4 yrs. even with 800k mikes on it. You can put the extra $30 k dn. on a brand new one after that, rinse and repeat. Mo money, Mo money Mo money. In 10 yrs. you’ll have 3 homes and at least 3-4 cars all paid for. Along with a 3 yr. old Low mileage Truck worth at least a quarter mil. The whole key is you must buy the extended warranty. It’s worth the extra $12k. Besides It’s just a write off anyways. The money you’ll save in taxes basically pays for the Truck. You can’t lose. Just gotta take that first Leap, to be in control of your new financial destiny.
