I put that roof on probably 12 years ago or so. I can't remember the exact price but I installed it myself so I only paid for the materials. Which were more expensive than asphalt shingles but also have a longer life span. The skill level to install it will depend on the complexity of the roof but, overall fairly easy once you get going. It's just laborious. One good thing is I didn't have to strip the old shingles and paper off which eliminated alot of labor and having to get a dumpster for the debris. Also part of my roof is a flat roof where I was able to set up a staging and work area. So I wasn't going up and down the ladder a gazillion times.

Ohh, and did I mention it’s a blind shipment, loaded in Pine Bluff AR, not Monett MO..
But, There’s several kinds, so google says, this looks like bird seed...but going for Pet Food, might be for domestic birds...

Agree with the London broil, his grill however many around me would find it overly sanitary and feel the need to "season it"
