    Trying to avoid that "Rule of 78th's Refund" she might be due you. Does AR still have a state law on the usury rate.
    At one time, a straight 6% was it.
    Bound to have been creative ways to skirt it tho.

    This may not be the best neighborhood, first time i’ve seen a rail car on left blocks...

    my KW speedometer is better... if you set brakes then move, it won’t register til 15 mph, gauge don’t move..
