I stopped on the ITR, at the Stratton S/P, which has a Sbarro's.

Did you ever go to a fast food place, and the staff is so slow, brain dead, and melancholy, that you just want to order, pay, then vault the counter and say, "You look like you need a break, I'll get the food myself".

I just met the non-cookingest, sleep-walkingest, most money-handling- challenged pair of drones it has ever been my misfortune to encounter.

We gotta raise the bar JUST a little, regain A BIT more ground toward pre-scamdemic levels of customer service.........

"Okay, guys, we appreciate you showing up for work. We got that part down. It took a good few months, but I can safely say we're "crushing it" on the "showing up part".

"Now, in order to remain competitive, we have to up our game......we have to actually......PERFORM THE JOB."

("WHAT THE---[boos, hisses, whining, tsk-ing, etc])

"Now guys, GUYS, wait, wait, HOLD ON! LISTEN! I'm not talking about that fruity 'customer-is-always-right' crap. I'm talking about taking orders correctly, preparing PROPERLY COOKED FOOD in a timely manner, and handling cash like you know what you're doing....that's it!"

    (mumbles--"sure"..... "well, okay"....."if THAT'S all"......"I can live with that"......mumblemumble)

"Awright, guys, let's focus on getting work DONE! You don't even have to smile at the customers. Just try not to let your mouth hang open quite so much when they talk to you."

In lab testing, seems rodents prefer their opiates in pellet form.

I am so GLAD to be parked.
3 crashes between Memphis and the river bridge at Hazen AR.
    3!!

two flipper wrecks, you know, where some idiot isn’t going to slow down for tain with bald tires and goes flip flopping down the interstate, one was pulling a 30’camper.

5 hours to go 150 miles, and the place quits loading at 1430, so i’m like 1 hour late, according to them, i told them I best not hear anyone being late, last time I heard “I’m late” put me to raising someone for 18 years and millions, not to mention my hair wasn’t turning gray.

Just heard on little rock radio I 30 W closed due around Arkadelphia to6-7 semis and several cars flip flopping down wet roads.
(Take the road I got pinned don’t tell everyone.. no need huge backup on secondary roads)

Niece went by going east. Said trucks were on fire and drivers were trying to get to one of the drivers out of his truck. Going to be closed for a time and US 67 is way backed up too.

67 was a fun road 'specially when I-30 was being "upgraded from Rt. 7" west.
Ran 67 East A LOT from The "J" exit (7) just to avoid the Scale house, then climb back on I-30 or stay on 67 for awhile 4 the "Scenic Tour".
Seemed many Truck Drivers were skeered of the Old Roads which Made Them That Much Better!!
