It’s an effing oil pan gasket. I have seen brain surgery performed in less time and with less disassembly.

Stayed at it till 4 am. Got 2 bolts left to tighten. Put the cross member back on and fill with oil. It will most likely leak worse with the new gasket because that’s my luck. If all is well I can go move the Freightliner from degreasing garage to the engine shop to FINALLY have the new engine installed. This SHOULD be less headaches as they are doing most of the actual mechanic work. I’m just handling everything surrounding the engine. All the parts were already purchased except fuel lines, air lines, etc.

There is a new black Ford Raptor at the local dealer. Only $78,000. Also some nice new Western Stars at Freightliner, price unknown. If the above fail I can easily go get some of that debt every one is raving about.
