    We used to go to these HUGE dinners when I was in a Chinese family.

    Places white folks just don't go.

    They'd bring out several of these steamed fish, like the whole fish minus the innards, groupers, BIG.

    I'd pluck the eyeballs out and crack them like jaw breakers, and all the kids would just SQUEAL with delight.

    When I was at my first gig, it was my partners turn to pick where we went to eat. We were in SLC. So he picks this place called Pacific seas. So im thinking seafood. Im fine with that. Well. It was seafood but not what I was used to. Bunch of weird stuff I wasnt about to eat. He was from Louisiana and he enjoyed it.

    That's the Westside David. Resivours 12-15% full on the right side of the Volcanoes. Your observation of the Cascades snowpack is right. Above normal. Too bad our water barons aren't managing this resource correctly.
