Yeah i was just east of there in hobbs nm yesterday. This part of 285 is further north but just as dangerous . the way people drive out here is insane. On my detour route today i got passed on double yellow 6-7 times. People wonder how those fatalities happen. Thats it right there. But what can u do but slow down and curse them.

Well the day did not end the best... While pumping off the last load of the day I decided to do my mid week brake adjustment. And while rolling around under my truck in the gravel I discovered a badly leaking wheel seal. I think it must have went out earlier today because I'm almost certain ther wasnt any oil spots on my tank when I fueled this morning.
Already been in contact with the mechanic... Hes expecting me first thing in the morning.Feedman, stuckinthemud, LoSt_AgAiN and 10 others Thank this. -

Keri finally got out of London. She had to settle for a flight back to Chicago. She told me in the email she would see me late tomorrow afternoon! Slowly American is getting its system unscrewed.

There’s always ONE who can’t back and drops his trailer all crooked and totally messes up the line.
So the rest of trailers on RHS are crooked to compensate, instead of going straight.
now if you were to back straight beside the last trailer, it’s going to look like YOU took up all the spots and are going against the grain.
I’m just going to park in front of said trailers and make it interesting to get a trailer out.
may even inch up if one were to try.
D.Tibbitt, Boondock, stuckinthemud and 4 others Thank this.
