My father bought us Ol Pete and a 48’ float to pack our Symons form system on but neglected to include a forklift—4 rows wide, 6 rows long, 15 4x8 panels high =360 panels @ 98 lbs a piece =35,280lbs that 2 DF’s can unload by hand inside of 2 hours and thought it was fun — we didn’t know how to do math at the time and we fought over who got to drive Ol Pete — dad got a kick out of it till we remembered some math and he bought Dino the Pettibone dinosaur— but that’s an entirely different story

Some.........some.........some DUDE hauling onions up Donner had the back of his secured in an X pattern with two straps.

He's at the fuel island re-securing that part of his load.

Onions on the asphalt aren't good for anyone.

The downforce and the load acting like one solid piece would be beneficial. The drawback might be the rubber and pressure on the sides - may not slide well.

Theresa dude here at motel said his company sent him to recover 19 abandoned lease op trucks.
one left here at petro n little rock.
Next one is in MS he’s gotta fly to get when he brings this one back.

said they’ve got 300 trucks, but van rates have plummeted and the guys were going broke and leaving trucks.
The last one was left on a dirt road in middle of nowhere in TN.

Said they were paying $1400/week for truck plus .05/mile maintence.
I don’t know who’d sign up for that..

pete781693, Feedman, D.Tibbitt and 8 others Thank this.
