How about any county with vineyards that are grown as a tax shelter by yuppies? Are they excluded from Jefferson? You could cross reference that by the number of BMWs and Subarus registered there.

 

Gawd I hate Subaru drivers so much and I am not the type that really hates anyone or anything. For them I make an exception

 

They're irritated and hostile because they couldn't afford a BMW. Watch out for the ones with the fish symbol on the back...they're Christians and if they get in a wreck and die it probably won 't even hurt. They just don't care.

 

And here I thought they were frustrated Volvo car drivers that needed to up there off-road game for the wilds of the suburbs.

Or frustrated bicyclists that needed a way to get their high dollar mountain bike from the city to the mountain so they could do non-polluting recreation.
