    I have socks older than you sir lol -

    Story of the Socks -
    Bought several pairs of heavy winter socks right here in Missouri on one of our trips here back in the 80's. Had an outside job at the time. Mom and Dad are both from here, so we visited fairly often. Living in Austin it rarely got cold enough to wear em, but sometimes it did. Thats why I still have em, hardly ever wore em.

    Got out a pair of Brand. New. reading glasses. Slid em out of the wrapping and alas they are broken clean in two.

    The 3 pack of Foster Grants I got at Walgreens a couple years ago are still intact— they aren’t the coolest looking —some that don’t know no better have said that they are down right ugly and hesitate to go to an eat’n establishment when I have them in my pocket—that you could buy, but they are tough
