Sorry for ur luck brother , i can only imagine what frustration u have towards the ######## that put it back together and its still not right. Im angry just thinking about how shops can do a guy like that and somehow still sleep at night

 

So a guy in NJ bought this 5 ton at a state surplus auction. Didn't know how to get it back to NJ so he wanted me to tow it to salvage.... Yeah no. Bought it from him. New batteries, fresh gas, runs like a champ.

Could’ve been worse.

MI DoT shut him down because they typed in wrong DoT number.
He’d not been to MI.
insurance dropped him so FMCSA pulled authority for no insurance.

 

Saw that video yesterday. Absolute ####ty situation . he definatly have a lawsuit on his hands. But I can only guess that costs more money then he has since he cant work anymore. All because the dot man didnt do his job correctly.
