    Never tried Hatch peppers. Not sure they have em around these parts
    . I remember seeing em at HEB in austin.
    I have tried Habernero peppers. Cousin gave me a plant couple years ago. Thing put on a ton of peppers. Waaaaaaay too hot for me. Finally let it freeze one winter.

    Hatch can be hot. Most aren't too hot. Have a good flavor.

    U gotta get out to hatch nm to get the real things. Growing up, dad uses to go to this local farmers market in Guadalupe az and get a 25lb sack of them roasted. Extra hots. Then take them home, peel them and bag them then put in freezer. Use them for breakfast eggs or in burgers for dinner. They are good with everything

    Well.

    Nothing on the tv except, Golf…Jeopardy…Soccer… or track running.

    It brought back bad memories of me having to run the 1/4 track we had for PT.

    This was back in the smoking years too, It seemed every time I finally finished those 4 laps this was me.
