Not sure. I have never been involved in a lawsuit/suing someone. Maybe it won’t go that far. Who knows.

I am being fair. At this point there are a few more issues, so I’m not interested in a fix. Give me a refund (minus the cost of clutch and labor for that) and you can have engine back. He told me he had another customer needing one. Well here ya go. Fix it and resell. If he’s not interested in that and it goes to court, i will go for cost of engine AND lost wages. That is if I can. I guess the lawyer will tell me what we can and can’t do.

That’s what I said this morning before the 2 or 3 liftgate deliveries in the hard tain.

That put me in a seriously foul mood for several hours.

Appreciate it. Definitely wasn’t what I wanted. Maybe it’s for the best. Who knows lol.

    Now we have a situation.

The one vertebrae in my neck popped / popped back in place.

    Feel like a new man.

Might cost us a few dollars, but we may take awhile more off, and really get back in shape.

We realize there are college graduates that need our money.

But this is the first time my neck / trapezious hasn't hurt in I can't tell you when.
