How hot can you get that grill?
On pellets, I can only get 425. Propane can get to 750.

475 — I take a little extra time nowadays and cook most of the meat at 350 and let the smoke hit it real good

You fancy guys. We went on a bike ride today (pedal bikes) so we let the Mexicans handle the cooking. They did not disappoint. I raced my daughter to the truck and almost vomited. Overate again.

A lot of times it depends on the meat. Lately when doing steaks, I have been going to the 700 plus range, get that really nice crusty sear on it then letting it sit for a while on the cooler side for finishing. The wife says I can keep the grill.

Tain is headed this way. Half an inch they say. Yard has cracks that I haven't seen since I left Texas

Turns out they were not lost. Put them on the dresser where they always go. Not sure when I did that.

LOL. I sung that in perfect tune as I read it. Brings back memories. Those were the easy years.
