Truth. Was in it at age 10 or 12. Farm, some connecting gravel roads were lover lanes. Man would walk up to the house 10-12 at night and ask if we would be so kind as to bring our tractor and pull him back up on gravel. Dad about 60, me say 12. Son, if you want to get up and go pull him out, go do it. As I am dressing Dad said, charge him $10.00.
So I fire up our Farmall M, toss on a 20 foot chain and go towing. Must have go excited, as he only had R front wheel in ditch. I latch on , tug him up level, and unhook chain from his car, He says thank you as he jumped in and drove off. NEVER disconnect the hook from the prize until financials are satisficed.
In GOD I trust, all other CASH....

Nice thickness. We used a folded diaper, too thin some times. But, having those little bundles to hold are worth it.

When he falls asleep and he will fall asleep, I shall attack without remorse.

I had a nice pot roast dinner.

I would like to have a nap.

But I have to get dressed and go to work, in the intermittent tain of a dozen mofos.

    Darn.

I had a phone call earlier… I’ve left house driven 157 miles, parked at the New Loves in.. Clarksville AR, 3 miles from delivery in the morning. Unload/washout/DH to Stuttgart, reload and be in Kansas to unload same day, Good thing i know they’re 24/7.

Went to throw trash away, 3 cans are full of pumpkins on back row, if someone needs/wants…

    Anyway, back to the call,
“Hey, um, Is there anyway…. I can borrow $3500?”
me “Highly doubtful, but go on.”

“Well… this guys grandson is in jail, And need $3500 to get him out.”
me “And I’m now leaning towards, I don’t think so.”

    “But he’s innocent! I know he’s a good kid.”
me “Mhm, I see. They’re all good. when they’re around somebody they don’t want to show their true colors too, That’s how people without remorse start, before turning full psycho.”

“I’ll put up anything, my house, restaurant, car, anything.”

me “Wtf do I need with another car to work on, or a house, and I have no plans of running a restaurant downtown where there’s limited parking and can only fit like 1 semi at a time, you’re losing profit by not offering services to the traveling circus out here.”

    *Click*

I guess the truth does hurt, but someone is staying in Jail for whatever he may or may not have done.

Yeah I do if its from the previous season... So this year will require pulling from the rear of the stack first. I really need to find a better place for the wood stack... Someplace both sides are easily accessable.
