Well, one scale is down at the plant so everyone is loading out of one silo. Also the loader operator supposedly got injured and they are short staffed. Tonight was supposed to be my last night before days off but I had a discussion with my trucks owner while he was farting away in the sleeper and he has authorized going home a day early. So in 30 minutes I will be home.

He said something about me having ZERO patience and mentioned the incident last Sunday where I chewed out an incompetent individual. Trying to avoid another situation.

I heard something earlier at the store, I thought was kinda like saying you didn’t know.

Dude said, “In my experience, a smiling dog is either a good dog, or a biting dog.

I looked at him, blinked, and said, “Well, the preacher after church one Sunday afternoon not long ago was fixing his old car in the driveway, and the wrench slipped and he busted his knuckle and yelled out, Son of a ***** that hurt.”
The old lady walking down the street said, “God is watching you.”
The preacher replied, “No he’s not, it’s Sunday, his day off.”

    Was I wrong for that…?

    Anyway.

But it did have the heater option.. If that is what that underhung box is. We have gotten trucks out of
Ft Wayne in 56 without heaters.
At one time I recall they strapped a bare spare wheel on the crossmember. Then later a complete spare... Then back to nothing... Times and profit margins change.

Agree.. Stripped airlines are not the most important matter to consider in trip preparation..
