This Casa, it be wood frame with insulation or some type of "adobe pour"?
Not being facetious but there is a build around here lately like poured walls.
As an Item.. Had a friend who built years ago, teenage boys. Framed it in 2 x 6's vs 2 x 4's and filled that void with insulation.
Said he and the wife could sit in den and not know the 3 boys were even home.. Quiet.

It's 2022 technology. It's wrapped like a giant ice chest over wood frame, stucco over the Styrofoam, neoprene and Styrofoam and some crazy stuff over plywood roof.

Sounds logical,vapor/moisture barrier, styrofoam insulates and stucco protects. Roof coverings are amazing now. Some grocery warehouse here (3 yrs ago) did a large flat top. Was guaranteed to be ? degrees cooler in summer, and absorb heat to keep it warm in winters. And it did what they said, was white too.
Should be fine in AZ area, prob not in extremes of temp variance in the HO tho. Do they still use those little water splashers on the roofs out there.
    Thanks for the define...

    Misters?

Never seen them on roofs. People use them on patios.

Not sure, like a little water tower 3' x 6 with water spraying down to be caught in the lower and cycled over again. Applied theory of evaporation and only worked with efficiency in hot dry areas, In muggy area low TX and LA, called "Swamp coolers". Fairly prevalent across AZ in the 50' in homes, small stores roadside, and service stations. In the era when we saw "Air Conditioned" painted on the glass fronts of business to differentiate.

3 hours to change a wheel seal, brakes/kit and new drum,, including putting tools up and cleaning hands.

It seems I’m over qualified to work at speedco.

KW is back together, and ready to go to, front seal is leaking oil a bit, but done that onceThink that’ll be someone else.
