Same here with the snacks, which has been an adjustment, because I'm not a snack person. My wife has it as well and she carries high protein stuff in her magic bag, (purse) so learned a fair bit from my incident.

Never thought about those, not a favorite but if it stops a situation all is good.

One of the things gave me in the hospital was a chicken salad sandwich, and it worked I suffered through it. Although I'd have rather had bacon, eggs, and taters.

    Here you go yo....

This guy went around 185, fought at 178.

And he was so fast. Like sick fast.

    That's a 30" waist and 44" chest.

Only need to drop another 40 pounds LOL.

    200 is the goal.

    Only been under 200 once since I stopped smoking. ( 197 )

This last week, have been to a number of FlyingPeelots for fuel and showers. Something that has been noted is they have removed a number of the LNG fuel systems from their locations. Guess the government subsidies have run out.

How long have I been back on the bike? 3 weeks? Month?

This afternoon was the first day I started getting real power back in my legs. And breathing to match.

I told The OM. And The OM is like," Excellent. Saturday you can go to 8 miles."

    And I was like,"Wait............"

Great news Dr. Cho at UC Irvine has given me a clean bill of health along with my GI surgeon and with my oncologist. They met today and looked over all the tests. Just have to go in and get a PET, CT scans and endoscopy twice a year for 2 years if nothing shows up then we won the battle. As of now there is no signs of cancer. So the heart is good to go CHECK, no cancer CHECK. Now to gain my weight back I'm at 209 and at 6'3" too skinny. Then to jump through the hoops to get me Medical back. Thank you for all the well wishes and support it was appreciated. Again I'm thrilled
