Yesterday was grueling 9 hours to return from from Brampton,ON (230 miles) I’m excited my bride is in a good mood which means a gravy enhanced breakfast. This will end the 4 day drought. Grandson has a baseball game at 9:00.

Here is a pro tip- you should cook salmon skin side down first. The reason for this is that the salmon skin protects the more tender flesh of the salmon during cooking and as the skin side down first cooks the fat in the skin renders and oils the skillet for when you flip it. Once the salmon has started to firm up, you can use a flexible fish turner to flip it over and cook the other side.Feedman, austinmike, 77fib77 and 9 others Thank this.

Trivia, did you know, Otis Redding recorded this song three days before his death in a plane crash, which killed 7 out of 8 aboard, 3 miles short of the runway.
The song was released after his death, so he never knew it made a hit.Last edited: Jun 10, 2023

I Grill Salmon a couple times a Week
Quick Shot of PAM on Reynolds Wrap, place the Skin Side down with a little Pepper and Paprika on the Upside
Bring Grill Temp up to 375 - 400, cook for 11 minutes, Flip with Metal Spatula and after the Flip use the Spatula to remove the Skin
Cook for another 5 minutes and enjoy
Pat likes this Sauce on the Salmon and I apply it after the Flip and Skin Removal
