What you need;

2 slices of good quality sourdough bread.
1 slice each of; Swiss, cheddar, jack and Muenster cheese.

8 slices/strips/rashers of delightfully cooked thick Bacon.

4 slices of ripe, but firm tomato. Not too thick, yet not too thin.

2 leaves of a leafy green lettuce.

directions.

lightly coat one side of each piece of sourdough bread with a quality mayonnaise ( Duke’s is preferred). Place one piece of bread in a moderately heated pan.

Layer any 2 slices of cheese on this bread, then 4 bacon pieces, all the tomato slices, the next 4 bacon pieces, the last 2
Slices of cheese, then bread, coated side out.

when moderately browned, turn sandwich over and brown the other side until cheese is melted.

put the 2 lettuce leaves on a plate. When the sandwich is done, cut into half, and place on top of lettuce leaves. Eat.

I was confused for a bit. Was a little overcast earlier nothing that looked like a Tornado.
