I been trying for 2 days to teach a crew of messicans that don’t speak no English how to read a tape measure — found that they kinda understand the knotted string principle but not really

 

Meanwhile in west Texas..... 2 hours later, phone call from shipper has not come yet, still sitting in their lot watching the clean truck become dusty.... me is angered.... have considered, going down the road to the local Love's, but there would be humans out and about..... so.....

 

Ya gotta figure out which one they call "Primo" ,.. Primo usually speaks some broken English, or can at least interpret hand signals or Hieroglyphic drawings and translate them to the rest of the crew

 

About like shooting pool— harder you hit em the better English you get— I’ve worked quite a bit with the Primo on this crew— we have history
