Yes, George Foreman. I think they call it copper plates, but that's just the color, not the material. I cook a lot of hamburgers and grilled sandwiches on it too, and occasionally small quesadillas. It takes longer than the microwave because of the cleaning, but it also tastes better than nuked food. I do nuke meals a lot too though.

I seriously think that there is larger portion of stupid dealer principals in the MH business than any other. Example..
One name brand dealer would only sell a competing dealer parts at full boat list. NAPA and all other parts houses gave a good 20 to any paying shop most times. A Hyster in a Clark shop... Claim a long delay in getting, Hyster is so high, and the stop start on the work order would build time. Shoulda bought a Clark.. Reverse it and same tact used to stab Clark, shoulda bought a Hyster.. ETC. Buy the damed parts, get them on, put it back in service. If any question, send the customer a copy of your invoice,and your 10% markup on competitive hard parts. He will handle Hyster pricing from there.
Clark dealer in Tupelo would not sell to us. We bought from the dealer in Jackson, 20% off after a few months of prompt pay.
Toyota in Memphis would not sell to us. Got a deal with a dealer in Johnson City, TN , with discount. Some people just do business......
Then them gonna starve us were back wanting our business. When we closed, I was still doing business with the ones who helped me when I need it.
