My doc tried to remind me I was ten years overdue since the last one. I looked him straight in the eye and said, "Doc, my heart's going to kill me way before colon cancer." He knew he was caught in his sales pitch and laughed. Never again am I drinking a gallon of seawater just to have someone poke a camera up my ###.

You have nothing to be sorry for. These knuckleheads talked a good game but failed to deliver. The work was interesting, the guys in the shop were great, but the management is poised to flush a perfectly good dealership with over 40 years in the area.
