I delivered a steel building to a guy way up in the hills above Temecula one time. He had no idea what he was doing. Didn't even have a laydown plan for the steel. I had to move the truck twice so he could get to both sides. Took him three hours to do a 30 minute job.

Turns out the grand plan was to build a grow building for weed. The dirt work had been done, but I think he was planning to build it himself until he saw the pieces coming off the truck. By the time he finally finished unloading, he was like, "F it, I'm just going to sell this place as is!" lol.

Edit: Just looked on Google maps, looks like the building was completed and someone fenced the place. I wonder if he built it himself.

Had one in Santa Cruz. Place was built in '33. A "Jack & Jill" 2 bedroom 1 bath and the back porch was enclosed at some point.

Was a good little 600 sqft place. One of the previous owners had replaced most of the floor beams. The stuff above the floor was all in good structural shape. The bobbin wiring was a bit shaky so replaced that anytime I opened up a wall. Had an actual fuse box not a breaker box.

We went and had a short 6 hour visit with the rhinoceros. I wasn't tired, but The OM was.
