Went up there, swept that other guys trailer out, since we’re still waiting for him to pick up truck.
Got rid of meat and bone and left tarp open yesterday so it doesn’t smell.

Hit my knee on some bolt, shoving the end of bolt into soft spot on side of knee, couldn’t put weight on leg for a few minutes.
Ole boy probably glad he wasn’t there, he still got a good cussing.



Anyway.


Going for a sandwich, he can wait if he shows, but he can’t load without the two previous load and washout paperwork, which I have.

 

Story was basically repeating the data from the US News story. No real journalism required.

The bias I see is that US News considers cities with less than 50k people not worthy of consideration. At least in the cities I glanced at and have experience with the city blurbs gloss over or ignore major Quality of life issues.

 

Yall haul bone meal and the like in a hopper bottom? Bet that could get nasty if not careful. Have to wash out after each load? I run hopper bottoms down this way for a guy during harvest and when needed. No kill plants or the like close to us cept chickens, and I aint goin.

I feel a little better now. Anti gel in tanks, probably didn’t get to the filter though. Moved truck about 10-13 miles closer to home. Now within walking distance.

 

meat and bone, chicken meal, chicken by products, fish meal, feather meal, gotta wash our before and after.
Dunno why they make washout before, most do.
Chicken meal will freeze.
