. My best guess is the magic of the interweb converts the feels like temp (wind chill) to thin blooded peoples of the sunbelt as the op of this thread comes from someplace that regularly gets in the triple digits. The wind chill for locals is 35 degrees which means bare feet and short sleeves for a trip to trash can or mailbox.
