If he's mostly an outdoor cat, he might not adapt too well.

You should try keeping him in the house a few days, and see how that goes.

I thought about locking him in the bathroom with the litter box. See if he figures it out. Did that as a kid. Had a red cat that liked pooping in the house plants, small trees. He stopped after that.

Did your cat take to the truck right away?

CAUGHT UP ! Mom found out today her only grandchild is packing up and gonna live out of a travel trailer with her newish boyfriend. She can work from anywhere and he does some kind of construction stuff. They living in ft. Collins paying 1600 a month for a one (1) bedroom apt. Mom was tripping about the whole thing and I told her grandkid is almost twenty eight (28) years old so is an adult. It’s a brand new bumper pull camper. It’ll be fun ~

They did pretty well. I'd try just keeping him in the house.

Gotta remember the house and the truck are entirely different. I have 3 dogs none crap even in the yard its got to be out and away but 1 if he's alone in the pickup for more than 5 minutes alone you get a present.
