What if it Snows?

Sitting at dock in Ontario ca waiting to be unloaded. No reload till Monday evening, feel like this is a punishment for making a stink about this trailer. Waiting to hear back about a hotel room. Just finished a reset Wednesday.

 

I keep all my feathers numbered , for just such an emergency.

 

Well, pinto beans are easy too but the first time I tried them they were in the slow cooker for 2 days and still not cooked, still have no idea what happened, make them fairly often now and never had it happen again doing the same way even.

 

Snow? Might as well have some fun with it...

I think it's because the slow cooker didn't boil. Dry beans usually need to boil for a while (maybe an hour or so), but after that, they're good to go in a slow cooker.

 

If any of you have eaten at Chili's you probably have seen their skillet queso. I decided to follow this recipe online and make it in the crock pot. I just took a taste and it is spot on
