    he drove maybe 300 miles today, made it within 20 miles of destination, just wore out.
    Had to go to bed.
    All he had to do was unload, washout, he was 30 mile from home.
    His reload is noon friday, he picked that load, and it drops in nebraska saturday night.

    I bet he’d be a good machine operator.

    Modern pork is safe at 160.

    That 180 #### is from back in grandma's day, a relic of the days before raising and grading standards, and USDA inspection.

    Some of the shady husbandry practices of the day contributed to trichinosis in pork, necessitating the recommendation to cook pork to 180 degrees to kill the cysts in the meat.

    If you're gonna eat bear, then cook it to 180. But not for pork......

    I think the cop lasered a helicopter. Kid was probably doing 55 and and and helping grandmas crossing streets.
