I think it's a Volvo/White.....dash shape and the raised bullet signal/warning lights above speedo & tach on the dash.

 

I disagree with you both, respectfully. I think it's a International Transtar cabover. My dad's first truck was a 1979 Transtar.

And now that I looked at the pic and every truck is an International, I'm positive it's a Transtar.

Very nice rig, the type that gave me fits coming from Springfield back toward Memphis on old US63.
Low slung grain jobs and drivers that knew the road and curves......
