Companies always say something like this when they file for bankruptcy. My question is, why didn't you stabilize your business, establish governance controls and monitoring, and develop a plan to restructure for the benefit of your stakeholders before you filed for bankruptcy?

 

Cause you do not need to, there is still money to be stolen and divvied around. You milk a cow, then a pro milkier goes back thru "stripping".
