Late at night it made news on TV, didn’t show on body cam, showed they knocked, He wanted to know who it was, Then they beat on door, he went to for with pistol i right hand, aimed not raised, the door opened the cops yell, “Gun!!” and shoot a couple times hitting him in chest,then while he’s lying here bleeding out, saying he couldn’t breathe, they tell him “Do NOT move!”

Guess they would have shot again if he tried, to move, being already hit.

 

For the FBI to get in on the action it depends on if the Credit Union is a State chartered or a Federal chartered institution. State no Federal yes.
