People think you’ll haul junk for nothing then spend your weekend doing it for $350 after 2 washouts.

Ridiculous. An electrician dude has been summoned. May have electricity in the not too distant future. With electricity there is the possibility of heat and AC. :occasion9:

Tell him that if it will speed things up, you'll settle for just the AC for now. Be flexible.

My dad retired to a mountain town in NC and the Yankees came there and wrecked it too.

They move because it's cheap. Run for office pass a bunch of laws to make it like home. Now it's expensive.

Those are the people who won't be happy anywhere. They ruined most of California and they'll ruin most of wherever they wind up.
My part of California isn't as affected by them as the southern part of the state but we still have to put up with the results of what they've done.
You guys in other states...I'm sorry, but please don't send them back to California. We don't want them. We never have.
They're culls and they spoil everything they claim to admire. They do nothing but cause trouble and in the old days they would have been taken out and shot.

Side note. The last time I went to the local yuppie whole food organic terribly expensive grocery co-op wearing my "I'm Not As White As I Look" t-shirt and moccasins nobody said a word. Maybe we're getting rid of more of these people than I thought. I can always hope.
