In Georgia when we do our annuals they state freight of all kinds. I think Alabama, South Carolina and Florida let you do that also. Don't know about Ohio.

Had a white mafia volvo pulling a Landstar trailer, go from sitting duck in shoulder to crawling out in front of me earlier.
But at least he put on left blinker before crawling out there, then turned it off, no flashers,
Was able to move over after slowing to 45 in a 70/trucks75/cars.
Then we all we down road where he flew passed me a few miles down road.

Kinda a rough looking volvo, missing part of front bumper.
Guess no one told him about sitting ducks, 2 mile up road was a truckstop, another 3 mile passed that one.
