Looks like winter has started early up there

 

Maybe it's being syphoned off for something else.

 

Had a productive day, 650 miles starting on the north side of Milwaukee down through the western burbs of Chicago for the next load, then I-80 all the way to Nebraska.

This dude from Los Angeles (said so on his door) had a truck that is so fast that he passed me three times, then caught up with me again at a truck stop where I got a delicious taco and quesadilla. He had a dog passenger. I guess you would have to have an 80 mile an hour truck if you have to stop every hour or two so your mutt can do his business. But maybe the driver is the one who has to stop all the time.

Still hot, 85° at 2100 hours and it isn't even Midsummer yet.

 

Well somebody's definitely gonna have the panties in a wad now.

 

Found a hornworm couple years ago on either a pepper or tomato plant. Scary looking thing and it was definitely hard to spot. Killed it with fire.

 

The Swifties are going to start dissing him all over social media now.
