Wasn't really prepared.
But i wasn’t about to say not a day over 20ish.

 

Dale;. Cast around for a woman to come in and clean/straighten up the house say e/o week.
Offer to pay her $100 for the initial, (most of a day) then say $50 ( couple of hours) each 2 weeks. You clean up after yourself daily and do the laundry. Be well worth it in conveniences to yourself. Get a start, then work on levels of job to be done.
You know as I do, a cheap maid will steal you blind,so pay for honesty and dependability.
Till I moved over here to Assisted; and had the apartment, I had a dependable lady who came e/o Wednesday, 1 PM, cleaned the kitchen, bath/shower, mopped the floors. Took her 1 hour and paid her $20 per time. (Cash left under a picture on the dresser and after a month or so gave her a key.)
When I went to KY for visits and it fell on her days, I left her pay for the time gone.
She had multiple customer in the complex, worked on them except Sat/Sun, and took Thursdays off...
Would take you shopping and help get stuff inside for those who, needed $12.00 hr lapsed time
My price was for 2 rooms and kitchenette and in the South. Your cost will vary. Find someone who has a dependent in a retirement complex, ask them what they get/have/pay/ or know about. Someone in the church will offer, but that come with obligations.
