it worked.

 

welp, just buried lucky.
Lil bit of background on his name.

he got abandoned as a pup, him and his mom, almost on brink of starvation, his mom carried him by nap of neck, dropped him on porch by front door.
A day later, she came up, about to starve, living on frogs and corn cobs from field.

Then later on, he jumped out of mom’s pickup with window cracked to much with air on, and got picked up by dog catcher, twice.

He got lost twice when he wandered to far, had to go track him in pickup.
Got ran over once, good too, rolled him a good 20 feet, and he was bleeding from mouth, vet said they got some mechanism they can activate once in their life, to stop internal bleeding, but have sinus troubles afterward, which he did.

He was asleep when his mom dog died, and i carried. her out here to bury, when he woke up, he spent days wandering around looking for her, about 2 weeks really.
she died in december 2022, and afterwards he quit carrying his toys around everywhere.

And he loved hot dogs.

 

Got one similar several months ago… Napa had them on sale for cheaper than a 10”, so I would be been dumb not to grab one! Longer really is better!
