Garrard had a R195 and 34" SS dry van leased to Bryan Bros Pkg Co, in West Point. Was hauling new cans for Vienna and oil sausages from Continental Can Co in NO to West Point. Driver said it was the weirdest feeling, just drive down, wait they load, drive back. Hauling empty cans, like post holes...

But EO month, he had to go to New Iberia or Jefferson Island and bring back a scale load of salt. Knda made up for his cruising empty.

 

So long to get wise... Sit in truck while they load it. seal and bring the bills around to the cab. (Dream like this in your sleep.)

 

I sat in truck and watched my load guage.

 

Wearing the riverside country out. Take a break, go to KS, for a change...

 

done did this week, Nebraska then reloaded down to Oklahoma then Mississippi back to across. These last 2 days.. done with breakfast and time to ride
